Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Retail Production Associate to prepare donated Softline and Hardline items, pricing, tagging, and production tasks to keep the store stocked and ready for the sales floor.

You will work in a quota-driven production environment, maintain a clean and safe backroom, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure timely merchandising and inventory flow throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting, pricing, and production.
• Ability to work in a quota-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise according to standards.
• Support opening/closing routines for production and backroom operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
• Assist with material movement and coordination between areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards promptly.
