Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Retail Production Associate to prepare donated merchandise by sorting, pricing, and production tasks. You will operate in a quota-driven environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards, supporting backroom operations and ensuring merchandise is ready for the sales floor throughout the day.

Under supervision, you will assist with production flow, open/close routines, and ensure accurate merchandising processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail/production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise to standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Support opening/closing routines and daily readiness.
• Process merchandise so it's shop-ready for the floor.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
