Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow established production processes and safety guidelines with consistency.
• Strong attention to detail for sorting, pricing, and preparation of merchandise.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise according to established production and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Work in a quota-driven production environment, meeting productivity while prioritizing quality.
• Use approved pricing tools or point-of-sale systems to ensure accurate pricing.
• Prepare merchandise to be shop-ready, ensuring accuracy and presentation according to guidelines.
• Support store readiness by ensuring merchandise is processed and available for placement on the sales floor.
