Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Retail Process Improvement Manager who serves as the primary interface between the Dealer Performance Analytics team and area sales managers within an assigned Business Center. The role translates diagnostic outputs into ASM-specific action plans and coaches ASMs to drive dealer performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in automotive retail or dealer consulting.
• Ability to influence dealer principals and GSMs.
• Strong coaching instincts and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate analytics into dealer-specific intervention plans for ASMs.
• Coach ASMs to use diagnostic outputs and playbooks in conversations.
• Maintain a consistent ASM cadence with weekly coaching and reviews.
• Track dealer progress and escalate issues as needed; share best practices.
