Qualifications

• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative customer service in a retail environment and understand individual customer needs.
• Take orders and provide pricing and product information for FedEx Office services.
• Operate store equipment and assist in production queue management.
• Assist in training store team members and follow supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail store environment.
