FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience. You will assist customers with print, signs & graphics, and shipping needs, take orders, provide pricing, and coordinate store activities.

The role requires standing for shifts, lifting up to 55 pounds, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s individualized need.
• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping products, and recommends FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping; wraps items, weighs packages, and labels parcels.
• Sets up and operates printing, binding, and related equipment; maintains a safe, clean Store environment.
• Performs multiple tasks and supports Store team members as needed.
