Job summary

The role involves opening/closing responsibilities as a Key Carrier, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a focus on operational excellence, visual merchandising, and community engagement aligned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences in the Print Department.
• Lead sales training and use of Office Depot selling techniques.
• Develop associates through guidance and training on print processes and selling techniques.
• Coach and provide feedback to enhance proficiency and brand loyalty.
• Operate all equipment within Print Services to complete orders on time.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and manage print supplies.
• Maintain the safety and security of the print department as a Key Carrier and perform opening/closing duties.
• Ensure regular loss prevention compliance with store leadership.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
