Office Depot in College Station, TX, seeks a Retail Print Manager to drive print sales, manage production, and lead a high-volume team. You will oversee print equipment, supply management, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a visually strong print department.

The role includes training, coaching, and schedule flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus a Key Carrier duty for opening/closing the store.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Owns ensuring delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department.
• Drive a sales-focused environment through training and development of all associates in print.
• Lead and coach associates to ensure understanding of print processes and selling techniques.
• Operate all equipment in Print Services to maintain efficient production and on-time orders.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as a Key Carrier and maintain store security.
