Responsibilities

• Exceed guests’ expectations by offering positive, personalized sales and service.
• Engage guests at point of sale with product and service insights, selection, and financing options.
• Ensure that point of sale function is consistent, correct, and that all relevant information and documents are shared with every guest.
• Perform reconciliation of daily receipts and preparation of daily deposit.
• Audit POS transactions to ensure that all business and operational rules are followed.
• Increase brand awareness and guest base through direct sales, relationship building, and marketing events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and maintain James Free standards throughout store operations.
• Ensure that transactions, record keeping, inventory and reporting are performed consistently and in accordance with company guidelines.
