Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting guests with aptitude in clienteling, maintaining strong communications and relationships with customers.
• Willingness to obtain knowledge of products and services offered by James Free Jewelers.
• Ability to demonstrate and add value to the shopping experience at James Free Jewelers.
• Maintain the brand image of James Free Jewelers while providing outstanding customer service.
• Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors at all times.
• Assist with store merchandising, visual presentation, and be responsible for the cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom.
• Be able to respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers.
• At all times, ensure compliance with company loss prevention guidelines.

Knowledge and Experience

• Lifestyle consumer goods, enthusiasm in fashion, jewelry, watches, or interest in retail will be considered.
• Well balanced retail hours, up to forty hours, with a five day work week.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
