Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute end-to-end tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to provide legendary service and ensure store presentation meets company standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
