Magic Memories is hiring a Retail Photo Assistant Manager in Pigeon Forge, TN. The role focuses on greeting guests, leading a team, and meeting sales goals while managing daily operations of a high-volume souvenir photography store.

You will supervise staff, train them to deliver exceptional guest service, and step in as acting Retail Photography Manager as needed. This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering growth and a dynamic, tourism-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of people management experience and/or training.
• 2 years of guest service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and coaching ability.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional appearance.
• Ability to work 7 days a week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create Magic Memories with world-class service.
• Lead retail team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Run all operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager.
• Supervise floor and handle administrative duties to keep guest service and sales on track.
• Develop, train, and motivate staff to improve guest service and financial results.
• Respond to guest requests and needs; interact with guests from around the world.
• Take photos and provide memorable souvenirs for guests.
