Job summary

VENU+ is hiring a Retail Photo Lead at Legoland California in Carlsbad. You will assist the photo management team with photo operations, interact with guests to solve problems, and help drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead and coach the Retail Photo Host team, mentor proper photo capture techniques and lighting, manage opening/closing tasks, handle transactions, and keep the location merchandised and compliant with policy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required with retail leadership experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Create an outstanding buying experience for the customer by executing floor leadership.
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Coach and develop Retail Photo Host in photo capture techniques and sales.
Lead and work alongside the Retail Photo Host team to solve customer concerns.
Open/close and operate the photo retail location, including cash handling per policy.
Complete paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
