VENU+ in Carlsbad is seeking friendly, guest-focused photographers and cashiers to join our on-site teams at our entertainment venues. You will greet guests, capture memorable moments, operate POS, and help drive photo sales with a positive attitude.

This role combines fast-paced service with light camera work, setting up lighting and angles, while staying tidy and delivering great customer experiences. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a camera and POS systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Availability to work weekends and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report equipment issues promptly.
• Operate a point-of-sale system, handle cash, and reconcile receipts.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to meet sales goals.
• Stay updated on promotions and product information.
• Open to cross-training as a Cashier or Photographer.
• Flexible schedule with emphasis on weekend availability.
