Job summary

VENU+ is seeking a Retail Photo Lead in Memphis to help manage photo operations, greet customers, and support the sales process. You will model best practices with the Retail Photo Host team and partner with photo management to deliver an outstanding buying experience.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to close gaps between operations and customer service. Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth within a

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months retail management experience with strong customer focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
Proficient with Windows, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Retail Photo Host to deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist photo management with operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
Handle deposits and maintain merchandising standards per policies.
Engage customers to solve problems and support sales.
Maintain location appearance and assist with inventory as needed.
