Job summary

VENU+ is hiring at its Memphis-area entertainment venue. You will deliver exceptional guest service, welcome guests, and help operate a fast-paced photo booth environment to capture moments guests want to purchase.

You’ll work with cameras, iPad POS, and basic PC tools, maintaining equipment, staying informed on promotions, and collaborating with the team to hit sales goals while remaining upbeat and flexible.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional service.
• Operate a camera and take photos of guests, ensuring good lighting and angles.
• Maintain a clean workspace and report equipment issues.
• Operate a point of sale, manage cash drawers and receipts.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to meet sales goals.
• Stay up to date on promotions and product information.
• Be cross-trained as Cashier or Photographer as needed.
