VENU+ is hiring at Elitch Gardens in Denver for a Seasonal Photography/Guest Services role. You will greet guests, take photos, and operate the POS while ensuring customer satisfaction. Comfort with outdoor work and weekend shifts is preferred.

Responsibilities include photography, cash handling, cross-selling, and maintaining a clean work area, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, entertainment-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner
• Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns
• Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals
• Staying up to date on promotions and product information

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge
• Professional customer satisfaction-oriented while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills
• Open to being cross-trained, either as a Cashier or Photographer
• Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
