Job summary

VENU+ at Elitch Gardens in Denver, CO is hiring for a seasonal role combining guest services and photography. You will greet guests, operate cameras and photo stations, and assist with sales at the arcade and photo booths.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and strong customer service skills, with flexibility to work weekends and outdoors in varying weather. Training provided and opportunities to cross-train as Cashier or Photographer.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with cameras, iPad, POS systems and basic PC knowledge.
• Customer-satisfaction oriented with energetic attitude.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication with math and time management skills.
• Open to cross-training as Cashier or Photographer.
• Flexible schedule, especially weekends.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner
• Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns
• Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals
• Staying up to date on promotions and product information

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge
• Professional customer satisfaction-oriented while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills
• Open to being cross-trained, either as a Cashier or Photographer
• Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
