Qualifications

• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• License must be in good standing
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
• Ability to continue education as necessary
• Ability to manage conflict in a professional manner

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice in compliance with laws and corporate policies
• Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department
• Monitor budget and control overtime
• Provide staff training and development
• Ensure excellent customer service and high patient satisfaction
