Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (PharmD or equivalent).
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience.
• License in good standing.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ongoing education.
• Experience with clinical programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy team and model best practices to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
• Ensure duties comply with state and company requirements.
• Direct staff to achieve budgeted labor, volume, inventory, and sales goals.
• Monitor third-party profitability and handle related issues promptly.
• Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and efficiency.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records per laws and policies.
• Lead public health initiatives and disease state management services.
