Job summary

Hannaford is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to lead our in-store pharmacy operations in Old Town, ME. You will supervise pharmacy staff, perform immunizations, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and coordinate with store leadership to drive both patient care and pharmacy performance.

The role requires a PharmD, current immunizing certification, and flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Managers and associates for pharmacy operations.
• Lead professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store-level sales and marketing opportunities with the Store Manager.
• Supervise duties of all pharmacy personnel and ensure staffing/training.
• Adhere to company policies and Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations according to company standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and effective communication within the department.
