Hannaford Supermarkets in Troy, NY seeks a licensed pharmacist to lead the in-store pharmacy, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualified candidates will hold a pharmacy degree, active license, immunizing certification, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
• Current license in good standing in the state.
• Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
• Knowledge of state and Federal laws pertaining to pharmacy practices.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide direction to associates.
• Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and Medicare/ Medicaid authorization.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Managers and other associates.
• Responsible for professional and business operations within the pharmacy department.
• Identify store level sales and marketing opportunities in conjunction with the Store Manager.
• Supervise the performance of duties and responsibilities of all pharmacy associates.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training of pharmacy personnel.
• Observe and adhere to all Company policies and the Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Perform immunizations according to Company's Standard Practice and expectations.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and professional demeanor.
• Work within our Company's management planning (MPP) guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support Company safety standards and communicate needed equipment repairs or maintenance.
