1001 ProMedica Shared Services, LLC's Toledo Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services including drug distribution and dispensing, drug information, therapy monitoring, patient education, and regulatory compliance.

You will directly supervise pharmacy support personnel within the Department of Pharmacy, helping create an environment that supports patient satisfaction and quality care.

Qualifications

• BS Pharm or PharmD; licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio.

Job Summary

Job Summary: The Retail Pharmacist provides pharmacy services, to include drug distribution and dispensing, drug information, drug therapy monitoring, patient education, and controlled substance regulation. Responsible for providing direct supervision of supportive personnel within the Department of Pharmacy. Actively participates in the creation of an environment that fosters patient, family, physician, and staff satisfaction. Ensures decisions made are based on the Mission and Values of ProMedica. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

BS Pharm or PharmD Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift light materials, frequent standing; occasional squatting, kneeling, walking, and stairs. Must be able to move about and between workstations.
