Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist IV to provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture, medical therapy management, drug information, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will supervise pharmacy support personnel.

Location: Toledo, OH; shift: variable; per diem status. Requires licensure in MI and OH; BLS/ACLS/PALS within 2 years; PGY1 preferred; 3 years inpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience.
• Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio.
• Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
• 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• BLS, ACLS and/or PALS Board Certification within 2 years of hire.

Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
• Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
• 4 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
