Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist IV to deliver comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services within a hospital setting. You will manage drug distribution, IV admixture, and med-therapy oversight while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will also directly supervise pharmacy support personnel and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in the department.

Qualifications

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
• Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio
• 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• BLS, ACLS and/or PALS
• Board Certification within 2 years of hire

Job Summary:

REQUIREMENTS

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience

• Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.

• 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience

• BLS, ACLS and/or PALS

• Board Certification within 2 years of hire

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program

• 4 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
