Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.

• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Refer customers to partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and support revenue growth.
