Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit/financial analysis.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using approved Marketing tools to set reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Build relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales/referral processes and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote satisfaction with professional demeanor and issue ownership.
• Follow Bank policies and code of conduct in all actions.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and participate in consumer loan processes.
• Participate in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Stay current on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
