Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a proactive Retail Personal Banker II in Lansing, MI. The role begins with a 9-week onboarding and rotations to build sales and service skills, followed by a certification to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

You will use consultative selling to promote deposits, loans and fee-based services, develop customer relationships, and partner with mortgage, small business and commercial teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferrable skills.
• Experience in financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
• Understanding of advanced math for credit/financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and communication.

Responsibilities

• Apply consultative selling to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
