Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales to acquire new customers/cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advanced math for credit/financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures; sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize Marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners for holistic solutions.
• Meet customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales/referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Mitigate fraud and follow policies to reduce risk.
