Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Coordinate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic financial solutions.
