Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration (NMLS) required.
• Compliance with Retail policies and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, etc.).
• Ensure customer experience and protect confidentiality while adhering to policies.
