Qualifications

Experience with sales processes and financial product recommendations.
Knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services.
Ability to analyze financial information and perform basic math calculations.
Must have S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales to identify customer needs and set appointments for financial reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and refer to partners for holistic solutions.
Assist with opening/servicing Retail products and processing transactions.
Maintain risk controls and follow Code of Conduct and bank policies.
