Qualifications

• Ability to analyze credit and financial information (advanced math).
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS at employment time.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using approved tools to set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners as needed.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional, friendly service.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by Manager.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and manage risk within policies.
