Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.
• SAFE/NMLS registration required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales/referral process.
• Promote confidentiality and ethical handling of information.
