Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
• Working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to utilize good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and approved tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor and ethics.
