Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a motivated Personal Banker I in the Cincinnati area as part of a 4–8 week onboarding program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. You will learn consultative selling, open/close accounts, and help clients meet financial goals.

Upon completion, you may progress to Retail Personal Banker I with focus on building relationships and cross-selling. Travel within the affiliate and training sessions are required; a valid S.A.F.E.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell to existing customers and build relationships.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs and build a thorough profile.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Schedule financial reviews and set appointments.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with partners across Mortgages, Small Business, Commercial and Investment.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
