Rhone Apparel, Inc. in Stamford, CT, seeks a Men's Merchant to lead seasonal assortment strategy across men’s categories, partnering with design, product development, production, planning, sourcing, marketing, and ecommerce to build compelling assortments aligned with brand vision and financial goals.

This role owns end-to-end merchandising—from architecture to launch—driving decisions based on consumer insights and sales performance while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of assortment planning and product lifecycle management.
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills; experience with PLM and ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage seasonal product assortments across Men's apparel and accessories, balancing innovation, core business, and commercial opportunities.
• Partner with Design and Product Development to shape seasonal line architecture, product briefs, color assortments, pricing, and franchise strategies.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform assortment decisions.
• Drive recommendations for product lifecycle management including newness, carryover, core optimization, and SKU productivity.
• Own seasonal assortment tools, merchandising frameworks, and product information throughout development.
