The role includes a 5-week paid training program with a $.50 raise, potential promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion, and opportunities to advance through the certification program. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and interact in person and on the phone; provide excellent customer service.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions for customers.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
