EZCORP, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to lead with service excellence in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet customers, process sales and pawn loans, and help maintain store operations while developing your skills through a paid training program and certification tracks. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Process sales, pawn loans, and extensions accurately.
