EZCORP, Inc. is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in a fast-paced retail setting. Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program with a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker after completion.

Progress through the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hour and potential promotion to Lead Pawnbroker. We provide Free Health Insurance, competitive wages with daily bonus potential, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO and holiday pay,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus; sales experience a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
