EZPawn in Texas is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and extensions while building relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Start as a trainee in our paid training program with pay raises and opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker and Lead roles. We offer health insurance, competitive wages, uncapped bonus potential, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Background check and drug test required after offer.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales and pawn loans.
