Texas EZPAWN L.P. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member to provide friendly, efficient service in our pawnshop stores.

In this role you will help customers with purchases, loans, and pawn transactions, while promoting our training programs and career paths within EZCORP’s growing retail network. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Ability to multitask and work well independently or in a team.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities
