Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Sales background and bilingual ability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in store and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions for pawnbroker items.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
