We are hiring for the position of Retail Parts Pro. This is a professional-level sales role supporting advanced functions of the DIY automotive business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and troubleshooting, with responsibilities including sourcing parts from various channels, managing inventory, and providing DIY services such as battery installation and testing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installation
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties such as task assignment, safety, and store opening/closing

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory processes like truck unloading, cycle counts, and back stock management
• Ensure store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot

Prior Experience

3-5 years of automotive parts experience with proven sales ability and customer transaction fulfillment.

Education & Certifications

Must have a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
