A Retail Parts Pro is a professional sales position supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts. Responsibilities include advanced identification, troubleshooting, project assistance for DIY customers, sourcing parts from various channels, and maintaining store inventory and processes. This is a full-time position.
3-5 years of automotive parts experience with proven sales ability and customer transaction fulfillment.
Must have a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
