Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine needs, recommend Sherwin-Williams products, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and sales goals are met.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries. Candidates should be 18+, have a valid license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must have a 'meets expectations' rating.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels.
• Tint and mix products as needed and stock displays.
• Support deliveries and warehouse transfers.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options.
