Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores and wholesale customers. You will determine customer needs, recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products, and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

This role includes assisting with deliveries, tinting, and stocking while maintaining store presentation. You will stay up-to-date with product features and contribute to meeting store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams staff must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and maintain accurate work orders.
• Process sales transactions and follow store policies and procedures.
• Restock shelves, manage displays, and help with deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options with customers.
