The J. Paul Getty Trust is seeking an Associate Director of Retail Operations to drive end-to-end retail performance across the Getty Center and Getty Villa.

You will oversee P&L, staffing, merchandising, stock management, and customer experience, while guiding General Managers and aligning with design and branding teams. Lead a cross-functional retail organization, develop operating standards, and implement scalable processes to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive retail leadership experience with full P&L responsibility across multiple retail functions.
• Experience owning and operating a retail business end-to-end, including store operations, planning, inventory, and people leadership.
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategy and e-commerce.

Responsabilités

• Own the retail P&L across all stores and e-commerce, including sales, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Lead General Managers responsible for store operations, inventory, and merchandising/buying.
• Ensure consistent operational standards across Getty Center and Getty Villa.
