Job summary

You will engage customers, manage stock flow, mentor teammates, and uphold signage and backroom standards while collaborating with management to meet store goals and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Team player with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing.
• Engages customers to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains merchandise tagging, hanging, securing and coding.
• Ensures backroom organization and signage standards are followed.
• Communicates with management to ensure flow of goods and priorities.
• Promotes safety, labor policies, and loyalty programs.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and program compliance.
