Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

You will lead shipment, replenishment, and stock organization; maintain back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy; and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced Glendale store.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1-2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
